Overview

We are seeking a talented Production Supervisor to join our team at our facility located in Los Angeles, CA, 90024. The ideal candidate will have experience in building incentive-based rates for production, continuous improvement, high-level operations analysis, foundry environment experience, budgeting/forecasting experience, and ISO 9001 certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement incentive-based rates for production to drive efficiency and productivity
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste
• Conduct high-level operations analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
• Utilize foundry environment experience to ensure safe and efficient production operations
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to meet production goals and financial targets
• Maintain ISO 9001 certification standards and ensure compliance in all production activities

Qualifications

• Proven experience in building incentive-based rates for production
• Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong background in high-level operations analysis
• Prior experience working in a foundry environment
• Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting processes
• ISO 9001 certification experience preferred
