An acclaimed Japanese restaurant group is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join the team at our Miami location. • Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 (based on experience)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sous Chef or comparable leadership role

Responsibilities

• Support the Chef de Cuisine in day-to-day kitchen operations
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
• Supervise prep, production, inventory, and ordering
• Train and develop kitchen staff
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
