Production Supervisor

This Production Supervisor role is for someone who can lead people on the floor, execute daily production plans, and maintain safety, quality, and SQF standards without losing momentum.

What you'll do as a Production Supervisor:

• Execute daily production plans developed by the Westfield Planner and assist with planning as needed.
• Prepare the grader and facility for production, ensuring the required supplies are available.
• Lead morning huddles and direct team members to support smooth, efficient operations.
• Monitor production efficiency and address issues to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
• Ensure grading operations follow SOPs and SQF requirements.
• Coordinate with the Early Morning Shift Production Supervisor to support smooth shift transitions.
• Verify that grade-outs accurately reflect actual production.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operations.

Our Ideal Production Supervisor:

• Experienced: 1-3 years of leadership experience supervising frontline or production teams; responsible for daily operations, performance, and team communication; high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Values-aligned: Fully supports and personally adheres to Westfield Egg Farm's mission, vision, and core values; conservative attire required.
• Floor Leader: Honest, respectful, flexible, and dependable, with a strong work ethic and the ability to lead people calmly and directly.
• Clear Communicator: Conveys production plans and expectations clearly in both verbal and written form; able to work effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking team members (bilingual a plus).
• Organized Problem-Solver: Manages multiple priorities, identifies issues, and implements practical solutions.
• Technically Capable: Basic computer skills, including Excel and data entry; able to read SOPs, maintenance instructions, and production documentation.
• Active: A physical, hands-on role requiring standing, movement, lifting to 50 lbs., and comfortable working around machinery, noise, dust, and varying temperatures.

What we offer our Production Supervisor:

• $24-$28/hour, DOE
• Full-time schedule, typically Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or during regular grading hours, with rare overtime and occasional Saturdays for maintenance, repairs, or grading
