Spotdusters Cleaning Services is a growing team looking to add dedicated, hardworking individuals to our crew! We’re seeking detail-focused cleaners who take pride in delivering outstanding cleaning services to Airbnbs, residential homes, and commercial properties. If you’re passionate about creating clean, welcoming spaces and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you!

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone who genuinely loves to clean and takes pride in delivering high-quality results.
• A professional who can meet strict deadlines and ensure properties are cleaned and ready by 4:00 PM daily.
• An excellent communicator who can provide updates, report issues, and collaborate effectively with the team.
• A team player who is dependable, organized, and willing to go the extra mile.

Job Duties:

• Perform top-quality cleaning in line with Spotdusters’ high standards.
• Handle a variety of cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and restocking supplies.
• Ensure all properties are guest-ready and meet client expectations.
• Communicate with the management team regarding supply needs, schedule updates, or concerns.

Qualifications:

• Must have rental cleaning experience.
• Must have reliable personal transportation to and from work sites.
• Must have a valid drivers license & car registration.
• Must be no more than 30 minutes from the Stroudsburg area.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining open communication with the team.
