We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our healthcare team across all shifts. In this role, you will provide essential patient care, support medical staff, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients of diverse needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities. Responsibilities: Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor and record vital signs accurately using EMR/EHR systems Support medication administration under supervision and ensure proper documentation in medical records Implement infection control procedures and aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment Operate patient lifts such as Hoyer lifts to safely transfer patients with mobility challenges Provide specialized care for patients with dementia, Alzheimer's, memory impairments, or behavioral health conditions Support post-acute and sub-acute care needs, including hospice and palliative care services Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in settings such as hospitals (Level I & II Trauma Centers), clinics, outpatient facilities, or home care environments Assist with medical procedures such as catheter care, phlebotomy, and basic life support when required Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of patient information Participate in ongoing training to stay current with medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and evolving healthcare practices Skills: Proven experience in diverse healthcare environments including ICU, emergency medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, behavioral health, or assisted living facilities Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems like Cerner or eClinicalWorks is preferred Strong understanding of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and infection control protocols Ability to work effectively with patients with disabilities or developmental challenges Excellent communication skills for patient service and team collaboration Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards Experience with specialized care such as Alzheimer’s/dementia care or hospice is advantageous Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting (Hoyer lift use), standing for extended periods, and assisting with mobility needs Compassionate caregiver with a focus on patient safety and comfort
