Media Coordinator

Location: Hybrid, Winchester, MA
Reports to: Associate Media Director
Department: Media

Role Overview

The Media Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and reporting of integrated media campaigns across digital, social, print, broadcast, and emerging channels. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized individual looking to build a career in media strategy and buying within a full-service advertising agency.

The Media Coordinator works closely with media planners, buyers, account teams, and creative partners to ensure campaigns are executed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of integrated media plans across digital, social, search, print, OOH, radio, and TV
  • Coordinate media trafficking, insertion orders, creative rotations, and campaign setup
  • Ensure campaigns are launched on time and meet client specifications
  • Monitor campaign performance and pacing across channels
  • Assist with budget tracking and reconciliation
  • Communicate with media vendors and platform reps regarding placements, specs, and performance
  • Compile and maintain weekly, monthly, and post-campaign reports
  • Analyze performance metrics such as impressions, CTR, CPM, CPC, conversions, and reach
  • Assist in identifying insights, trends, and optimization opportunities
  • Maintain media documentation, calendars, and campaign trackers
  • Ensure accuracy in billing, invoices, and post-buy reconciliations
  • Stay current on media trends, platforms, and industry best practices

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in media, marketing, or advertising (internships welcome)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working in spreadsheets and data
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Familiarity with digital media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, programmatic)
  • Experience with media tools or reporting platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, Strata, Mediaocean, or similar)
  • Interest in integrated media strategy and emerging media trends
