Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases to track leasing activity and market trends
  
• Collaborate with internal teams, including property management, maintenance, and accounting, to ensure seamless operations
  
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing tenant concerns, and resolving issues promptly
  
• Stay up-to-date on market conditions, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform leasing strategies
  
• Meet or exceed monthly leasing targets, as set by management
  

Requirements

• Education : High school diploma or equivalent required
