• We believe in having a work-life balance and freedom for you and your family! Own your own schedule and your own time!
• Leads sent directly to your phone
• There will be NO outbound marketing (i.e., no cold calling or door-to-door sales) and NO relying on referrals only
• We will train, mentor, and coach you the entire way. We provide one on one mentorship
• Meet with clients virtually (phone/Zoom) or in person to match them with affordable life insurance plans
• Use our lead system to manage outreach, presentations, and follow-ups
• Stay plugged into mentorship and training to sharpen your skills
• Take ownership of your own schedule, income, and career path

Qualifications:

• Need a readiness to learn and be trained
• You must be willing to be coached
• Stay inspired! You can make as much money as you desire if you put in the effort
• Strong communication skills, you can work anywhere in the country, but you have to be plugged into your mentor. (We have our own virtual call center via zoom.)
• No felonies
• Willing to obtain a state life insurance license (if not already licensed)
• Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn
• Able to communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
