Job Description

We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Facilities Technician to support the daily maintenance and operations of a unique commercial facility located within a cave environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working with their hands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with routine and emergency maintenance tasks, including basic carpentry, drywall repair, and general building fixes.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns.
• Maintain clean, safe, and functional facility spaces at all times.
• Support equipment moves, setups, and other physical tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors or service providers when required.
• Perform lighting repairs, outlet and switch replacements, and low-voltage work.
• Install or repair fixtures, signage, shelving, and minor equipment.
• Document maintenance activities, materials used, and follow-up needs.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.

Preferred Characteristics:

• Experience in general maintenance, handyman, or facility support roles.
• Skilled with hand tools; basic electrical or plumbing knowledge required.
• Comfortable working in enclosed or damp environments.
• Able to lift, climb, crawl, and work in tight or uneven areas.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA 10 preferred (or willingness to obtain).
