Job Description:

• ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes to support our patient data storage solution and clinical/business operation initiatives.
• This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare data, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant Degree: Bachelor's in CS, IT, or related field.
• Data Migration Expertise: Proven experience, ideally in healthcare.
• ETL & Database Skills: Proficient in ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, SSIS), SQL, PowerShell, and various databases (SQL Server, Oracle, Cache' DB).
• Healthcare Data Acumen: Familiarity with HL7 and HIPAA.

Interface/ Technical Expertise:

• Technical Expertise
• Clinical Apps: EHRs (Epic, Cerner), PACS, LIS, RIS, CPOE, portals
• Admin & Config: User setup, security, templates, updates
• Integration: HL7, FHIR, interoperability
• Networking: Basics for app performance

Clinical & Domain Knowledge (preferred ):

• Clinical Workflows, Medical Terminology & Patient Safety, and Regulatory Compliance

Soft Skills:

• Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting
• Communication: Technical & non-technical
• Customer Service & Collaboration
• Training & Documentation
• Project Management Basics
